I’m Christina Topping, a Barrett ADHD Certified Coach, teacher, and trainer. Over the years, I’ve worked as a personal trainer, group fitness coach, massage therapist, acupuncturist, and educator—but the thread through it all has always been the same: helping people feel at home in their own bodies and minds.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Traditional Chinese Medicine, a PGCE, and a background in health, fitness, and exercise science. But my deepest education came later—through becoming a parent to neurodiverse children, and through my own lived experience of ADHD. Growing up undiagnosed, I spent years masking, people-pleasing, and overachieving to hide exhaustion. At 21, I was diagnosed with ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and dyscalculia. Movement became my anchor: first martial arts, then weightlifting. Along the way, I learned that ADHD doesn’t need to be “fixed”—it needs to be understood.
Today, I bring that understanding into my work. I offer one-to-one ADHD coaching online for teens, adults, and newly diagnosed clients, and I deliver in-person interactive workshops for teachers, parents, youth sports coaches, and corporate teams. My sessions use lived-simulations and practical tools to help participants feel what ADHD is like—and then learn strategies to support and empower ADHD learners.
Whether you’re a parent, a teacher, a coach, or someone navigating ADHD yourself, my mission is simple: to turn awareness into action. No masks. No shame. Just tools, connection, and confidence.
