Workshops

My workshops immerse you in the ADHD experience through simulation and reflection, then equip you with strategies you can use straight away. All my workshops share the same DNA: they are interactive, multi-sensory, and designed to make ADHD real. Whether you’re a teacher, parent, youth sports coach, or part of a workplace team, each session blends lived understanding with practical tools you can implement in your daily life.

Education

 

In this workshop, staff step inside those experiences through simulation, then explore simple frameworks like Smooth Transitions and Micro-Transitions to support focus and reduce disruption. At the heart of it all is clean language — communication that corrects the action, not the student, and builds trust instead of shame.

Youth Sports

This workshop lets coaches feel what living with ADHD is like through simulation, then introduces tools like Play, Pause, Layer, Repeat to keep athletes engaged. The golden thread is clean language: feedback that’s future-focused and supportive, helping athletes stay in the game instead of shutting down. 

Parents

This 3-hour workshop combines simulation with coaching and creative art-based activities to help parents let go of the idea of perfectionism. Along the way, they learn how clean language — calm, neutral, future-focused phrasing — can simultaneously defuse conflict and build connection. 

Corporate

In this workshop, teams experience ADHD challenges first-hand, then learn frameworks like Micro-Goals, Major Wins, Focus Bridges, and Chunk & Anchor. The foundation is always clean language: feedback that separates action from identity, avoids shame, and helps colleagues build confidence instead of fear. 

Mind • Body • Heart: The Wellbeing Reset Retreat

 This one-day retreat gives you space to pause, reset, and realign. It blends reflection, gentle movement, and practical tools to help you manage energy, focus, and stress.

You’ll explore how the mind, body, and heart work together — and how small shifts can restore balance and calm. The day combines science, coaching, and lived experience to help you reconnect with yourself. You will leave with strategies you can use straight away.
